Student Leadership & Participation

At SGRR Public School Patel Nagar, the daily administration of school affairs is carried out with student’s participation in the maintenance of school discipline. Outside the classroom, teachers adopt the role of guide and mentor. The school has a system of governance through different committees such as discipline com., cultural com., sports com. and the technology council.

A sense of self discipline is inculcated in the students and in the maintenance of school discipline. School council of students play an important role in the maintenance of school discipline. Student’s council is elected once in a year in the month of April and its tenure is for one year. An investiture ceremony, is performed, where in students pledge for devotion to duty. The Prefects and the various captains are given responsibility and a reasonable degree of authority to function effectively.
